My wife and I were first time travellers with Hatts, and took the tour to Austria not really knowing what to expect.

However, I am pleased to report that we both found the trip most enjoyable, and extremely good value for money. We had long wanted to revisit Austria, and found it to be all that we had hoped, and more. The whole excursion was an experience that will stay in our memories for a long time to come.

All the passengers on the coach were very friendly, and mixed well with each other.

Our thanks to Derrick, for his wit and wisdom, and to Andy, for ensuring we never got lost through the long haul of France and Germany.

Many thanks to Hatts for such an enjoyable holiday.

I am writing to thank your company for providing us with a fantastic service on our recent trip to France. We organised a school trip for 38 students to Ardres, near Calais.

We were very pleased with our driver Wayne. He was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Also he was puntual and found the centre in Ardres with ease. The coach was clean and tidy, the air conditioning was excellent and the video and DVD facilities were perfect.

We would have no hesitations in recommending your company to other schools.

The reports coming back from across the world show the participants had 'an experience of a lifetime'. The Jamboree has been a huge success for the UK and for World Scouting.

We are extremely grateful for all the support and advice you provided leading up to the Jamboree as well as the support and services you provided at the Jamboree. We would be grateful if you will pass on our thanks to the coach drivers and managers. They supported and delivered a hard and complex service..

Again, thanks so much for all your help and support. It was very much appreciated and made a big contribution to the success of the World Scout Jamboree.

 

Thank you for all your help in making our weekend such a success. Thank you also for helping to trim the coach, everything was just perfect from getting on the coach to getting off.

Please extend our thanks to our driver Simon. What a great guy he is. He joined in with all the fun even to singing to us 'Roll out the Barrell' on the way home. He had an horrendous journey, weather wise, going to Bournemouth but he carefully negotiated all the hazards and got us safely there. Nothing just nothing was too much trouble. We shall not hesitate to use your company again and whats more we will be asking for Simon i'm sure.

We have such wonderful friends of many years and they also enjoyed the trip. The hotel was just great too and they are worth a mention in dispatches.

Yesterday I used 2 coaches to take approximately 80 older people to Poole for a day trip. I am now writing to express how impressed I was with your coaches, they were clean and comfortable with many people commenting on room around each seat and the fact that all the seat belts worked!

I was also very impressed with the drivers of both coaches, they were professional, polite, helpful and cheerful.

You and your staff are to be congratulated on a great service and I will certainly be using you again.

When we made our planning visit to your office in February 2008 and I saw your album of 'Thank you' correspondence, it was evident we would have a great holiday. I am therefore delighted to send yet another letter to add to the many you have collected.

The coach itself was comfortable and weel appointed. Everyone reported how much the had been able to see of the scenery whilst travelling around.

Paddy, the driver was hard working, unfailingly courteous and mindful of everyone's safety. There was a lot of loading and unloading which he did willingly. He also proved adaptable when we had to alter plans due to unprecedented rainfall on the wednesday evening.

Everyone concerned shares happy memories of 2008 and we now look forward to our 50 year celebration in 2009..

Devon Disabled Holidays

After our recent holiday to the 'Black Forest' we feel, we must write and thank you, for a very lovely holiday.

Our accommodation and food was very good the location we stayed in was stunning. Bob our driver, along with Derrick, make the journeys so relaxing it is a pleasure to travel with them.

Derrick's vast knowledge of the continent is to be praised, and the care of all the passengers, is always at the front of his mind.
